Chateau Julia Merlot 1998
�Adriani's Local Wine - Dry, Quiet

One of the most popular merlot the Greek market has to show. It comes from vineyards that are jackdawed biologicly. One field produces only 650 kilos of wine and they put it top quallity barels for about 8 to 10 months.
Thick red colour and lushy sent of pinetrees, eucalypt, raisin and spice. Fleshy smooth taste, with fruit, and very good aftertaste.
A typical northnen Greece merlot which combines very easilly the smoth drinkink character with the complexity of it's sent and taste. |

Atalanti's Valey local wine, Quiet, dry

Golden-yellow color. ������������ �����. Essence of wood, caramel, smellys and vanilla. Mature, well balanced with a long good aftertaste.�����, ������������ �� �������� ����� ���������.
Combinations : Excelent for fish with dressing, chicken or pork with white dressing. Served at 10 C.

Kapnias Red, Hatzimihalis
Lokrida's local wine - Dry, quiet

One of Greece's best sellers in the high price category. It's origin is from a 1500 sq meters private vineyard in Atalanti.It matures for about 8-12 months into 225lt barrels. The barrels come from almost every famous forest in France.
Thick royal purple color and sent. The bacca, tobacco, cedar and chocolate are the dominating sents, but easilly gone. Monolithic in the mouth, with strong tannins and excellent drift. Allthough the aftertaste is long lasting, the finishing comes a idea bitter.
Combinations : It can be combined with red meat, roast beef, cheese with intence flavour. Served at 18 C. It is susceptible for 10 years from bottling |

Metohi 1997, Tsantali
Agio Oros's local wine - Quiet, dry

A medium intensity ruby with vivid purple sheens. Thick sent of good intensity. A combination of a lot of elements like cedar, coal tar, ink, acrid red fruits, vanilla and sandalwood. Smooth from the very beginning, with a strong body, and a very well balanced cool acuteness. The end is lightly but pleasantly tanic. Sents of leather, immature blackberrys and oak wood are finishing a long aftertaste. |
